Elizabeth Serunye, born 12 March 1971 (age – 50), is a South African actress and gospel singer best known for playing Mapaseka Montsho on The Queen and for her role as Principal Thobakgale In Skeem Saam SABC 1.

She has been a house name since her debut on television as she acted on quite a several television shows such as Home Affairs, City Sesla, Death of a Queen, Rhythm City, and many more.

Akeem Saam’s storyline has been one of the best, focusing mostly on principal Thobakgale who fell in love with a scammer, and though the Principal doesn’t see it people could see it and they tried warning her, but she still didn’t Listen. It even got to the point where the Principal even gave her lover money after taking a loan of R600 000 after he promised her the world and even proposed to her. Yesterday was their engagement party Jacobeth invited all her close friends but didn’t invite her daughter Lizzy because she disowned her after warning her about her boyfriend.

Yesterday he promised her a surprise the night she will never forget, he even mentioned that she won’t know what hit her. Indeed that’s what he did, he didn’t pitch for the engagement celebration he switched off his phone he was unreachable, and people could see that something was wrong.

Jacobeth is still in shock and by the time she wakes up, the scammer will be long gone with Principal Thobakgale’s money that time he turned her against her friends, and her family he even made her quit her job.

This is so painful this teaches us that love is blind and it can make you do things that you will regret. I guess it’s true when they say love is blind.

We just have to wait for the next episode and see what’s going to happen. How will Jacobeth react after realizing that she was scammed?
