Sbahle accuses Blaq Diamond of bullying

Blaq Diamond member Ndu Brown, also known as Ndumiso Mdletshe, is facing accusations of removing fellow musician Sbahle Cele’s music from all digital platforms. Sbahle was signed under Umuthi Records, a stable owned by Blaq Diamond, after they left Ambitiouz Entertainment. Sbahle was the first artist to be signed by Umuthi Records in 2020, and she released popular songs like Emlanjeni, Ipiki, and Ubani Owayazi.

In an open letter directed at Ndu on her Instagram account, Sbahle accused him of bullying her out of her music and taking it down from all digital platforms. She claimed that people associated with Umuthi Records would come to her grandparents’ home and promise to take care of her, but they would abandon her once she was under their care. Sbahle also accused Ndu of ill-treating her because of her association with Ambitiouz Entertainment.

A source close to both musicians revealed that Blaq Diamond decided to take down Sbahle’s music because she decided to walk away from her contract with Umuthi Records. The source claimed that Sbahle felt that Blaq Diamond did not care about her and her music and put more focus on their brand. Ndu, in response to the allegations, stated that Sbahle had not been their artist for more than a year and is currently signed with Ambitiouz Entertainment. He accused Ambitiouz Entertainment of using Sbahle to fight their battles with Blaq Diamond and denied all of Sbahle’s allegations against him.
