Mncedisi Shabangu passed away after a long battle with cancer. He died at the age of 53.

According to Mthokozisi Shabangu, the actor’s brother, Mncedisi passed away early on Sunday morning after complaining of chest issues.

 

 

 

 

The only thing he said was chest pain. The man was rushed to the clinic where, upon arrival, he was declared dead because of a short-notice illness, the man stated.

On Mncedisi’s Facebook page, a formal announcement was posted.

The Shabangu family announces Mncedisi Baldwin Shabangu’s abrupt death in the following words: “Dear all, we are deeply saddened to tell you of his loss. He died this morning at a very young age. To respect their privacy during this trying time, the family appreciates all condolence messages.

Mthokozisi stated that the family was asking for privacy at this time while they awaited an autopsy to determine the precise cause of his passing.

Mncedisi gained notoriety for his appearance on Rhythm City as Khulekani Ngobese. Among many other shows, he also appeared on The Lab and iNumber Number.

The reporter has been inundated with tributes to the deceased celebrity, who was mourned by his friends and followers.
