Bad things are continuing to happen in the entertainment industry involving celebrities. Some find themselves in trouble whereas others attack their colleagues.
Brenda Mhlongo is a South African media personality known for being an actress, singer and dancer. Mhlongo is popular known from Generations The Legacy whereby she played the character of Nandi. Playing that character, she was the wife of one of the dangerous criminals being Jack Mabaso who also left the show just like Brenda. She is again known from Mzansi shows such as Ihawu, The Queen, Uzalo and others. Brenda took over the role of Ka-Madonsela on Imbewu The Seed when Fundiswa Zwane left the show.
She is still continuing with playing the role. Unfortunately, Brenda Mhlongo recently did something bad to one of her colleagues while on set. According to sources, she went and strangled one of the producers while they were shooting.
The source revealed that it would have happened one way or the other because of the conditions that the cast members are working under since the new management took over on the productions of the show.
“The management brought with them very rude and unprofessional crew members who are treating actors and other people like crap. Many people have been on depression pills since the new management took over. The work environment is no longer enjoyable”, The source said.
Speaking on the incident, E.tv Spokeperson being Bennum Van Jaarsveld said “She went into a real trance and she had to be called down by the producer. They had to stop shooting so she could come back”.
It is so sad what had happened to the producers but one would not do such without any valid reason. Brenda must be given a chance and be understood when telling her side of the story. Also, it is normal to make mistakes as human beings as long as she has not caused a bigger damaged, apologised and promised to never repeat it again then she must be forgiven.
However, It is alleged that she has left the show following the incident.
