Thato Mokoena joins a leading radio station. We are almost at that time of the year when radio personalities get reshuffled across stations. This is an exciting as well as sad time for both listeners and presenters. Exciting in that some will get new opportunities to showcase their talent, while others will sadly bid their gigs bye.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Leading the way, Metro FM has just announced it’s exciting lineup, effective April 1. The new lineup will see some of the listeners’ favorites returning as well as talented new additions to the station.Returning to the station and kicking off the weekday mornings from 05:00 to 06:00 is Rorisang Thandekiso with a show called ‘Command your day’. Loot Love joins the afternoon drive show ‘The Touch Down’, to co-host with Tbo Touch.

BBMzansi alumnus Thato Immaculate will co-host a new show that focuses on music and urban lifestyles. She will co-host with Quinton “Naked DJ“ Masina on Saturdays from 18:00 to 21:00.Roxanne McKenzie, will join Ryan the DJ on ‘Urban Beat’, on Fridays 22:00 – 00:00 and Saturdays from 21:00 – 00:00. Another fresh voice added to the station is Zola Myeza, who joins Somizi Mhlongo on the 6:00 to 9:00 slot for the ‘The Weekend Breakfast Sounds Good’ show.
