I am so hurt, I’ve never experienced such disrespect as I did last night. I thought I’d be fine this morning but I’m not ok. South Africa please pray for my heart to be mended

It is clear that Rebbeca suffered at the sold out concert which included acts like Vusi Nova and pastor Jabu Hlongwane.

Broadcaster Spitch Nzawumbi posted a screengrab of Mam’Rebbeca’s comment on Instagram which has since been deleted.

“I wish I had the same experience as you… In 34 years of my career, I’ve never been so disappointed and disrespected. I hope it never happens again.”

Even though not much is in the light regarding the story South African twitter jumped to the defence of Mam’Rebbeca, directing their anger squarley at Bucy and her husband. Check how people reacted in defence of the matriarch gospel star.

After the incident Mam’Rebbeca went on to give one of the best perfomances of the night, even though she had earlier been respected. What a legend she is.
