Robert Mugabe’s daughter wants R150 000 per month in divorce. Jacob Zuma attended wedding in 2014

It was reported in the morning’s headlines that Robert Mugabe’s only daughter, Grace, is seeking a massive sum of money as part of a settlement.

She has filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Simba Chikore, and the process has begun in Harare.

In March 2014, at a lavish ceremony attended by several African heads of State including then-South African president Jacob Zuma, the pair tied the knot.

Zimbabwe’s president at the time, Robert Mugabe, showered the newlyweds with presents, including a comfortable suburban home.

It was stated that the extravagant wedding in 2014 cost $4 million dollars because no expense was spared for the 4,000 guests.

The Zimbabwean media, however, said that the marriage had reached an all-time low, leading to the eventual separation.

And this despite the fact that they have three beautiful children, the oldest of whom is seven and the youngest of whom is two.

The Herald reports that Bona is asking for US$2 700 a month per child, for a total of US$8 100 (over R150 000) until the children reach the age of majority or become self-sufficient.
