After being reported missing at the start of December, the case of Khanyi Mashiyani has been a major topic of conversation online for understandably upsetting reasons. She departed, and it was the last time we saw her alive.

The horrible truth is that criminals in South Africa have little regard for human life. There seems to be no end to the horrific events that plague our country, and I can’t figure out why. May her beautiful spirit rest in peace; she was a breadwinner and they didn’t even care.
