Bianca Naidoo, Riky Rick’s partner and mother of his child, is apparently in a difficult situation because the rapper unexpectedly passed away without leaving a will. According to rumors, Bianca has filed a lawsuit against the Johannesburg Master of the High Court and Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi to formally establish her status as Riky Rick’s wife.
The multi-award-winning rapper passed away in February at the age of 34 at his Waterfall Studios after allegedly committing suicide, and it seems he left a path of issues in his wake.
Bianca is reportedly battling for the rapper’s estate, according to Sunday World. The publication claims that the rapper was linked with a variety of prominent businesses, including African Bank, Russian Bear, Kiwi, Vaseline, and he possessed a Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS coupe, a Ferrari, and more before his passing.
According to Sunday World, the rapper earned millions of rands in royalties and ran several businesses, including Cotton Fest, a performance. Bianca said in court documents obtained by the tabloid that she began living with the rapper in 2013 after he signaled his desire for a sustained relationship.
My first daughter, who was the product of an earlier failed marriage, and I were living together at the time I agreed to a connection with the deceased. I told the deceased that I would not allow him to meet my daughter unless he was dedicated to having a solid relationship with me and a future. The deceased expressed a desire for a long-term relationship with me, and we started living together with my daughter as a family in the same year of 2013 at the residence that my parents had purchased for me in Bryanston, Gauteng, according to the court documents.
She continued by saying that as she and the rapper were both directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd. at the time of the rapper’s passing, they had already developed a financial dependent on one another.
“The deceased and I therefore established a financial interdependence because I completed all the administrative chores relating to the deceased’s obligations as an entertainer/musician until his untimely death,” says the court document.
“The dead and I engaged in successful joint business ventures, such as Cotton Fest and the Legends Barber, that allowed us to enjoy emotional and financial interdependence. In every way, the deceased and I operated Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd. together as directors. As medical aid plan participants who viewed the deceased and I as life partners, we also benefited from the program, according to the papers.

When Riky Rick passed suddenly, according to Bianca, they were still preparing to wed, but sadly, he did so quickly.
“To have our marriage recognized under civil law was our shared goal with the deceased. Although our families’ relationship with the deceased was not conventional, as was already said, they did meet during our relationship to consider marriage, and our families were in favor of our relationship as husband and wife.
The dead went away before our marriage could be solemnized, despite the fact that we lived together as a married couple. As was already said above, the deceased and I did intend to get married at some point. In light of this, I have been informed that I do meet the criteria for being considered a partner “in a permanent life partnership in which the partners have assumed reciprocal duties of support.”
