Khuzani Mpungose, a well-known South African maskandi artist; he is also known as Ndlamlenze. Ndlamlenze is the moniker he adopts on the stage to perform what he does best, which is, of course, to sing and to dance.

Many might ask how old Khuzani Mpungose is exactly. Well, the South African singer is 31 years old but he turns 32 on 3 December this year.

Khuzani Mpungose was born in the countryside of Amandba, which was situated in KwaZulu-Natal, eNkandla. Nkandla has some background as Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, the former president of South Africa, was also born in the area.

After releasing the Ijele track which made ripples in South Africa last year, the 31-year old earned his name. Almost everyone in South Africa performed the Ijele song and there were lots of trending videos in the country where people sang it. It was also awarded the song of the year at Ukhozi FM.
