Prince Kaybee Opens Up About “Project Hope” The producer and DJ sat down with the media to discuss the plans for “Project Hope.”

Prince Kaybee invited some of the media, including ZAlebs, to showcase the plans he has for the ambitious undertaking he has embarked on called “Project Hope.”

The project started taking form when the acclaimed and award-winning producer and DJ took to social media to canvass for ten aspiring female musicians to work with him on album called, “Project Hope.” Prince Kaybee would produce the album and the aspiring musicians would get a chance to finally realize part of their dreams by finally stepping into a studio.

The ten aspiring musicians chosen by Prince Kaybee included Thembisile Q, Thalitha, Bridgette Vocalist, Thobile Ngidi, Katz the Singr, Ruby Rose, LaNeo, Sanda, Basetsana and Nosipho Sibisi. The musicians come from all walks of life and different parts of the country to produce a hit album titled, “Project Hope.”

Speaking to Sanda, one of the ten lucky musicians on the experience of working on the project she explains that despite it being a tiring experience. She adds that “We are learning so much. I see this is an opportunity to learn. I see it as an opportunity to have a foundation, in order to use this as a stepping stone and a way to open doors for myself.”

Another winner we got opportunity to speak to was Nosipho Sisibi provided some details about working in close proximity with Prince Kaybee. Nosipho complimented the humility of Prince Kaybee, which is contrary to popular discourse. Nosipho echoed the best advice that other contestants received from Prince Kaybee which was, “Be yourself.”

On Friday, 4 September 2020, Prince Kaybee wrapped up the production element of the shooting and recording of “Project Hope.” Besides the album, the live session teasing the tracks from the upcoming album revealed that the project will also have a reality show element to it that will introduce use to all the winners and the creative process of making “Project Hope.”
But it seems that the DJ has bigger aspirations for “Project Hope.” Previously he had teased that he is planning a festival that would incorporate his love for, “music, cars, beautiful people and good food.’ During his sit down with members of the media he confirmed the plans, explaining that “Project Hope is a progressive idea. Each and every day I get new ideas; whether the ladies will go on tour…” Prince Kaybee confirmed that the rest of the year will be focused in seeing “Project Hope” comes into fruition. Especially considering the jams that are produced and shared off the upcoming album.
