President Cyril Ramaphosa is about to experience a proud and emotional moment as he walks his first daughter, Nakisani Ramaphosa, down the aisle.

Nakisani, who is involved in the real estate business, will be getting married to accountant Nkosinathi Nyaka in a white wedding ceremony on March 22 in Johannesburg.

 

 

 

The couple had already celebrated their union with a traditional wedding in September last year in Kempton Park. Nakisani, the sister of the controversial Andile Ramaphosa, is the product of President Ramaphosa’s first marriage to Hope Ramaphosa.

Nakisani and Nkosinathi first crossed paths in 2010 while studying at the University of Johannesburg. Their relationship blossomed, and they began dating in 2014. They now have a beautiful daughter together.

According to a leaked invite to ZiMoja, the wedding will have a gold and silver theme. Men attending the ceremony are expected to dress in tuxedos or well-tailored black or grey suits. The invite suggests adding a touch of sophistication with gold or silver accessories like tie clips or cufflinks.The guest list for the wedding is exclusive, with only close friends and family invited. The couple has requested no children or plus ones at the ceremony.

Nakisani has managed to keep a low profile, with little information available about her. Sources suggest that she prefers to live her life away from the public eye and has no interest in politics. This is likely why she chose a career in real estate, wanting to avoid any association with her father’s political career.
