Prayers are pouring in for Miss Universe 2019, our very own Zozibini Tunzi. South Africans have joined in prayers to remembers her name as it is no doubt she is now going through such a difficult pain of losing her friend, someone she is close to.

We started Monday with the sad news that the former Miss USA 2019, Chelsie Kryst has died.

It was reported and confirmed by the family that Kryst took her own life.

She was a very much close friend to Tunzi as she was even her roommate during the Miss Universe 2019. We got to know about Kryst from the videos that Zozi took of themselves together. They had such a genuine bond together and much often Zozi always spoke of her and how grateful she is of their friendship. This is why Mzansi thinks that she is very disturbed right now about such unfortunate incident.

Earlier on today, an American publication reported a woman who had jumped to her death from a Midtown high- rise building on Sunday. Later on, she was if identified as the former Miss USA.

According to the report, s woman had jumped from her death from a Midtown high-rise building in New York.

Moments before she jumped off the building, Chelsie had posted on her Instagram page a cryptic message that showed something bad is about to happen. Should it have been taken serious, her suicide would have been avoided as people would have checked up on her and see what was wrong. They could have kept an eye on her. This is why it is important to always mind what people post on social media.

Chelsie wrote “May this day bring you rest and peace”.

The Miss Universe organisation released a statement whereby they confirmed the tragic news.

Remembering the vital role Chelsie played in making South African born Zozi feel welcome in the US,now had many taking to social media to express sadness on Zozi’s behalf.

Zozi always spoke highly of Chelsie and her kindness. She always post their moments together from their New York apartment and Zozi’s fans grew love this bubbly model.
