She adds that the appendix is the most painful thing to go through and she was going on with her day, when she suddenly felt a sharp pain around her stomach.

Her husband and manager Lucky Sekgobela insisted they rush to the hospital and she was rushed to the theatre for an emergency operation.“I was in so much pain that I kept praying until we got to the hospital. I don’t know what triggered my appendix, but all I know is that thing is painful and deadly, if I did not go to the hospital straight away, I don’t think I would be doing this interview with you.”The Lion of Judah hitmaker Lebo Sekgobela also tells Zimoja that she had to cancel a few shows and would like to apologize to her fans as she was hospitalized.

She also reveals that the illness also delayed her upcoming album and had to stop writing.
