South Africans were left with a lot of questions when a woman posted a picture of Bheki Cele with two infamous Durban gang members.

 

SAPS whistleblower Patricia Mashale took to her Twitter account to post the picture. She left this caption on the tweet, “Apparently these guys are part of a Durban gang operation out of Warwick triangle. They are known as Terrible Duchine Kids. Why is Cele so cosy with them? Apparently they meet on a regular basis at the same club. Why would a Minister of Police hang out with gangsters in a club?”

People were demanding to know why the Minister of police is hanging out with criminals. Is this why criminals never go to jail in this country?
