Co-parenting is never an easy thing, but it is the love that both parents have for their child that makes it manageable and even enjoyable at some point. The problem is that when society sees two people managing their parenthood without being together, they wrongly assume that they are still involved. That kind of assumption ends up affecting the parents’ respective relationships.
Being a celebrity means that everything that you do is open to being discussed by the whole world. You are forced to share your business with everyone who knows who you are. Zinhle Jiyane is currently in a relationship with the father of her last born child, Mudarh Bongz. Zinhle’s first child, whom she shares with AKA, turned seven years old today.
As part of their daughter’s birthday celebration, DJ Zinhle and AKA were seen playing with other kids. That made people believe that Zinhle and AKA were not over each other. This comes after Zinhle defended herself a few weeks ago for wishing AKA a happy father’s day. People who follow all these three celebrities think Mudarh Bongz is living under AKA’s shadow because Zinhle seems to be happier with AKA than she is with him.
The most influential Twitter influencer, Chris Excell, believes that a simple set of words such as “I still care” from AKA to Zinhle can be dangerous enough to end Zinhle’s with Mudarh Bongz. Others believe that Zinhle and AKA are using their daughter’s name to make themselves happy. There is also a tweep who thinks the reason why Mudarh Bongz refused for AKA to form a relationship with Asante (Mudarh’s daughter with Zinhle) is that he knew that AKA would appear as the coolest father to his daughter, and Zinhle, on the other hand, was okay with it because she still has feelings for AKA.
I think there is nothing wrong with AKA raising their children equally. Their daughter needs to feel the love of both parents even though they are no longer together. They are making sure that the love she has for them is not divided, but she will love them equally. Bongz must be the kind of father that won’t make Zinhle feel like AKA is doing better than him.
