At the funeral in Durban, many people were present including artists and other important figures. His wife Babes Wodumo and the family of the deceased were all seen dressed on black attires which shows that they are in a state of mourning. According to reports from media, Rasta who is one of the greatest painter in the country is also at the event. He was seen painting the picture of the Mampintsha.

Many people who were at the event couldn’t control their emotions moment Rasta started his professional painting styles. People Burt’s into deep cry and state of mourning because he reminded them of the exact face of the legendary artist. May his soul rest in peace.
