He was initially charged with premeditated murder and defeating the ends of justice, he was found not guilty on both counts.

On Thursday Judge J Du plessis said the state had not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Ngcobo had planned to kill Modisane.

“I cannot find beyond reasonable doubt that the accused planned to kill the deceased,” he said.

Du plessis said although Ngcobo and Modisane were both inebriated he reacted during their argument with excessive violence.

#Thembi, a house help and her boss Malcolm bring life to Twitter with their hilarious Tik Tok Videos

Malcolm and Thembi are two people who deserve to have their very own reality show already. These two have definitely lightened up the mood on Twitter after the recent sad reports on racism, femicide, corruption, unemployment to mention just a few.

Thembi is a South African elderly woman who works as maid for Malcolm Wentzel who regularly posts videos on TikTok (malcolm_fkn_wentzel) of him and her pranking. Malcolm who seems to enjoy a very good relationship with his domestic workers also posts videos of his other worker Sipho.

We cannot run away from the fact that the relationship between black and white South Africans hasn’t always been rosy. Our country is slowly moving away from that and there are people who treat each other like equals despite their differences in race or colour. This is the case with Malcolm who has employed Thembi as his house helper.

In one of the videos that went viral on Twitter Malcolm challenges Thembi to keep the money if she is able to remove it from underneath a bottle without touching the bottle. A very clever Thembi simply asks Sipho to remove the bottle so she can take the money without touching the bottle.
