DJ Maphorisa has just announced the postponement of the Scorpion Kings Live concert which was set to take place at the Sun Arena in Pretoria next month. The concert which was initially set to take place on April 11, 2020, was postponed to moved to August because on the national lockdown and now it’s been postponed again and a new date will be announced soon.

“In light of current government regulations and ongoing lockdown restrictions, the show, unfortunately, cannot take place next month.” Shared Phori.

The hitmaker also announced that The Scorpion Kings will be hosting a live concert on their social media. Those who’ve already purchased a ticket will be able to use them for the new concert set to be announced soon.This is an extremely difficult time for musicians worldwide as their number one source of income, which is live performances, has been compromised because of Covid19 limitations.

By the looks of things, it is unlikely that this concert will take place this year. But, only time will tell.
