I will always love her – August Alsina still feels for Will Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett, releases new single called ‘Entanglements’

Jada Pinkett-Smith and August AlsinaAugust Alsina has again spoken about his relationship with Jada Pinkett-Smith, saying he “still loves” the Red Table Talk show co-host.

High Snobiety reports the singer told rapper Lil Wayne, during his Young Money Radio show, that his relationship with Jada, although brief, was transformational for him.

“I will always love her as a person. The experience really did help to transform and bring out the king in me,” he said.

August and Jada have been making news headlines since the singer disclosed they were in a romantic relationship in the past. The public furore that followed saw Jada bring herself to the Red Table, where she discussed the issue with husband Will Smith. `In that interview she admitted she and August were in an “entanglement” about four and a half years ago when she and Will were separated.

She received backlash from some people who accused her of taking advantage of August, who was about 22 years old at the time.

But this is not the case, according to the singer.

According to Billboard, he told Lil Wayne: “Nobody’s wrong here, nobody’s a bad person. She didn’t prey on me, or whatever people are saying.

He also remained adamant that Will gave him his “blessing” to be in a relationship with Jada, despite Will denying this.

August has a new single called Entanglements featuring Rick Ross. He has not confirmed if it’s about Jada, but fans are convinced it is. The song has garnered more than 100,000 views on YouTube since its release on Sunday.

Connie Chiume on being shook to know aboSonto exist in real life

It came as no surprise to fans of veteran actress Connie Chiume when they realised just how much she’s slaying the character of Mam’ Sonto on Gomora. However, both Connie and her fans didn’t believe that women such as Sonto actually exist but they do.

In an interview with TshisaLIVE, Connie laughed when she explained that since people realised that Mam’ Sonto was no typical “mama wom’thandazo” they’ve been DM’ing her and telling her about women in reality whom they suspect are also wolves in sheep’s clothing.

“Sonto is such a layered woman. One minute she’s praying and the next she’s in the back office counting money from hijacking profits. I thought people would hate her or when they see me they would act out but instead people are just fascinated. The thing is she’s not pretending to be either of the sides people have seen, she’s actually both.”

Sonto is a streetwise, strongly religious, no-nonsense gogo from Alex. A series of events and aspirations in her life, including high ambition and love for the finer things in life, created in her a hard-core criminal who eventually turned into a car hijacking syndicate boss.

Her official front on the telenovela is that she’s a shebeen owner and even though people know that the shebeen can’t be her only source of income — because she’s ballin’ — nobody has the guts to ask.

“One actor who grew up in Gomora called me just as the country was learning more about Sonto and he said, ‘You know what, your character reminds me of this other auntie in my hood.’ We laughed because he wasn’t the first to say this and I was like, ‘Yoh, this means aboSonto really do exist and people actually know them.’”But for the challenge-loving actress in Connie, mam’ Sonto has been nothing but a pleasure to play. Connie loves that Sonto is a layered woman and even though she doubles up as an evil person essentially, Connie loves that she’s not a typical “mama”.

“Some things Sonto does and says shock me. I mean this is a woman who said to Ntokozo, ‘sometimes before you hijack cars, you must say a prayer my boy.’ As an actress she’s a great character to play because I also learn more things about her everyday,” she said.

Celebrity couple Somizi and Mohale left social media users green with envy after they stunted with their matching Rich Mnisi jerseys, Louis Vuitton luggage and private plane flights.

The lovebirds again reminded Mzansi that money makes all the difference, especially when you’re living through a pandemic.

The pair were heading to their other home, in Zimbali along KwaZulu-Natal’s north coast, for work and a change of scenery.

“Leaving home to visit home and work from home. The RICH GANG,” Somzi captioned one of the snaps he shared on Instagram.

Tweeps caught feelings when they realised how money gives you options you wouldn’t have without lots of it.

For example, many people have been stuck in foreign provinces and away from home because inter-provincial travel is prohibited under level three lockdown regulations. Some are stuck because they can’t afford to travel home or do not want to risk using public transportation.

Somhale obvs doesn’t have these types of life problems, and that is exactly how they pitched up on the socials and took everyone’s oxygen.

Somhale fans couldn’t help but stan while the rest simply vented about how unfair life is.
