Ciara’s delivery room after giving birth to third child

Ciara and RussellThe “Like A Boy” hitmaker and her husband Russell Wilson have become proud parents to a baby boy, who they have called Win Harrison Wilson. Baby Win was born on Thursday (23.07.20) and weighed eight pounds and one ounce.

She wrote: “Happy Birthday WIN!!! … Mommy & Daddy Love You! … Win Harrison Wilson … 7.23.2020 … 8lbs 1 oz. (sic)”

And Russell shared a post with a matching caption, alongside a photograph of the two of them cradling their new baby Win.

Ciara commented under the post: “Love you so much honey. We did it baby! So grateful for our baby boy … WIN is a blessing. He looks just like you. Daddy’s baby Mommy’s maybe (sic)”Meanwhile, Ciara previously revealed she is trying to “find positivity” about being pregnant during the coronavirus pandemic.

She said at the time: “When I got the news that Russ and I could not to do our ultrasound together and he had to literally wait in the car, and we FaceTimed in the car and I was in the doctor’s office, that was, like, a really significant moment, I think, in all of this that really marked the time of where I am in my life as a pregnant woman.“I could not help but think about everything else. And you start hearing these stories about moms not being able to give birth with their partner.“They stopped that immediately to my understanding, but the amount of people that come to the hospital during the birth has been limited.

“So Russ is going to be not only dad but the videographer and the photographer.

“He is going to be everything online. But, you know, we are figuring it all out and I’m just really big on trying to find positivity in the mix of a moment that could be negative or feel heavy. I am always trying to find a way to get to that, so I have not been worried as much as I probably could have.”

Ciara also has Sienna, three, with Russell and Future, six, from a previous relationship.

MPs welcome new laws dealing with gender-based violence in Mzansi

onald-LamolaMPs have welcomed the decision of Justice Minister Ronald Lamola to table three laws to deal with gender-based violence.Parliament has been at odds with the Executive after the latter said it had not delayed the passing of laws dealing with the scourge of GBV in the country.

However, Lamola announced that three pieces of legislation will be tabled in the national legislature to fight the scourge.

Chairperson of the justice committee Bulelani Magwanishe said they welcome the tabling of the three Bills dealing with GBV and femicide.Magwanishe said the new laws will amend the National Sexual Offenders Register, the Domestic Violence Act and regulate bail conditions for people charged with offences.

The new laws will be introduced in August. The Domestic Violence Bill will allow for the victims of abuse to apply for the protection order online. Magwanishe said this would help women in abusive relationships.

“Women in abusive situations are not always able to go to the authorities to obtain the help they need, including protection orders. With the growing use of cellular phones and the internet, it means victims of such atrocities can seek help no matter where they are or what time of the day it is,” said Magwanishe.
The announcement of the new laws on GBV and femicide come after Speaker Thandi Modise also told the programming committee on Thursday that Parliament had not been found to be at fault in the tabling of these laws.

This follows a question by DA chief whip Natasha Mazzone on whether Modise had written to the Cabinet to ask about these laws.

Modise said she wrote to the Executive and it was found Parliament was not at fault in terms of delaying the processing of these laws.

Samkelo Ndlovu called out by sneakerheads on Twitter for owning “fake” sneakers

Samkelo NdlovuActress and musician Samkelo Ndlovu was called out by sneakerheads on Twitter for owning “fake” sneakers. The former “Rythm City” star posted a picture of her new Nike Air Force (AF1) sneakers on Instagram, which she bought from an online boutique, Finest Kickz, and now people are questioning the authenticity of the shoe.

Questions started arising when tweeps noticed that the box in which Ndlovu’s shoes came in is not like any other AF1, which is usually a grey or black box – hers was in red.

Also, the shoelaces were not the same. An original AF1 has flat laces whereas Ndlovu’s has round laces.

Twitter user @unclevuzi who claims to be a former Nike employee said that the AF1 usually comes in a grey box unless it’s a special edition.
Also,“Okes let me teach you something I learnt while I still worked at Nike. Airforces ALWAYS come in a grey box unless it’s a special edition Airforce, which will come in a black box but RARELY a red box. The red box is for sportswear shoes e.g Cortez etc. Know your mpamas (fakes),” he tweeted.Although Ndlovu is happy with her sneakers, tweeps wouldn’t let the issue go and some even offered a tutorial on how to spot a fake sneaker.

It was an action-packed special episode that saw guns blazing. Here are some of the episodes.

A handful of their former employees have raised multiple complaints about the couple and their company, mostly for unfair treatment and dismissal.

Dineo Langa, Mlamli Mangcala, Rami Chuene, and Vatiswa ndara are some of the victims who claim to have been treated unfairly by the production house.

This led to Mzansi, even The Queen’s avid viewers, to cancelling the couple. However, after Friday’s explosive season 4 finale, Mzansi has ‘uncancelled’ The Fergusons
