Shaka Ilembe star Senzo Radebe joins Isitha: The Enemy

INSIDE SENZO RADEBE’S ROLE
Entertainment commentator, Jabu Macdonald reports that Entangled and Gomora star Senzo Radebe has secured a role in Black Brain production, Isitha: The Enemy.

 
TVSA reports that Isitha: The Enemy received over 3.7 million viewers in October compared to 3.1 million viewers in September.

The award-winning actor also stars in 1Magic’s dramedy, Entangled as Reggie alongside award-winning comedian-actor Mpho Popps and award-winning actress Didie Makobane.

“Entangled is a ground-breaking and edgy show that we’re excited to share with our premium and compact plus viewers. As 1Magic, we’re proud to contribute and create content that is interesting, lively, real and shifts mindsets. It’s part of our commitment to have a variety of local productions that our audiences can relate to,” said Shirley Adonisi, Director of Local Entertainment Channels at M-Net.

Her husband Difa (Sibonile Ngubane) revealed to his mistress and his sister-in-law Zodwa that he wants her to keep the baby after she fell pregnant, and he’s fallen in love with her. He also revealed that he wants Zodwa to be his second wife and begged her to not abort the baby.

Viewers of the Mzansi Magic telenovela are unimpressed with Zodwa and Difa’s affair as she also conceived her first child, MaBusi (Hope Mbele) with her brother-in-law.

MaBusi has no idea that her aunt Zodwa is her biological mother and Mamzobe is actually her aunt. They’ve kept her mother’s identity a secret from her and pretended she’s Mamzobe’s (Deli Malinga) biological daughter.

House of Zwide is fast becoming one of the best series to watch in Mzansi. Even though the fashion house drama series has some veteran actors we have come to love on the small screen, some of the cast members are new faces making their debut on the small screen on that show. One of these new actors is Shalate Sekhabi, who plays the role of Shoki.Shoki plays a supporting role in the series.


 
Shoki is a girl who grew up in the township; she lives with her sister Nomsa who is a seamstress. She is also Onalerona‘s bestfriend. When hard times hit her household, she tries to do anything to help out on bills. However, she uses methods that are not legal to go about it. She uses her friend’s access to House of Zwide to get inside and ends up stealing dresses. This causes a rift between the two friends.Shoki starts dating Nkosi Zwide, who is the heir to the famous fashion house. Nkosi’s mother, who happens to have been friends with Shoki’s mother back in the day, disapproves of that relationship. She has his father’s blessing, though.
