Pearl Modiadie has clapped back at online commenters who accused her of being a show-off after she posted about a milestone she recently reached. The radio host turned 33 this week and posted about how she was proud to share that she had managed to pay off the house she purchased for her father.

Many commenters replied to Pearl with messages of congratulations but there were also critics who posted that she was bragging about her achievement.

Condolences messages for Ukhozi Fm presenter Nonhlanhla “Mdonso” Ngcobo-Pottier pours after she has lost his brother Dr. Bhekisisa Ngcobo who was a founder of a community radio called Zululand Land Fm where he was aiming to develop maskandi music as this radio station was catering for maskandi lovers.

The news of the passing of his brother Dr. Bhekisisa Ngcobo was revealed yesterday. However, the cause of death was not yet revealed. Ngcobo was the brother of Mdonso and she was in love with his brother as he also contributes to her talent as she is now on Ukhozi Fm.

Even though Mdonso still digesting the news of his brother she also lost her husband Nathan “Nate” Pottier who married him in the year 2019 after they dated sometime as they were working together at this radio station. Pottier was a pastor of a church called Open Door Assembly, a policeman, and also a radio DJ in this radio station where he was a marriage counselor.

Pottier died when the ambulance that was rushing him to the hospital got involved in the accident.

Fans are sending their condolences to the Ngcobo family and Mdonso as she lost family members. Others are describing Pottier as a person who was so humble and a person who was so brilliant when he speaks IsiZulu.

Others are describing Dr.Bhekisisa Ngcobo as a very passionate person with his culture and he was very passionate about raising young talents in this industry. Others are saying Mdonso will never forget this year as she lost two people from the same household.

Makhadzi is the famale singer coming from Limpopo, she sings in her home language (Tshivenda) She worked with the likes of Master KG, Mr Brown, Sho Madjozi, DJ Tira, Zanda Zakuza and others. She made name for herself after featuring Master KG on a song titled “Jerusalema” and also where she featured DJ call me on a song titled “Matorokisi” those songs were most loved and listened by music lovers and she made Limpopo proud.

Last year she released a full album consisting of more than 14 songs, on that album there is a song that is most loved the song is titled “Morahu” people were very surprised when they discovered that it is not even on top 10, it wasn’t nominated at all and that left people divided and asking who is responsible on choosing songs that will be on top 10 so that he or she can explain how they do it.

People have been talking on social media saying Limpopo squad is the best squad ever in our generation and they produce good quality music, but they are unlucky because people don’t want to listen or understand their language since it is different. And others are saying maybe it’s because she is a female singer. There is nothing wrong on singing your own language, people will learn and understand your home language but it’s a different story when it comes to KwaZulu Natal residents, they are pushing their own language.

There had been unconfirmed rumours about Idols Zama and Idols Brandon being in a romantic relationship.

Word in the street was that they were dating and this was before the end of season 16, no one from the Idols team or the two contestants confirmed this rumours during the season. Unathi might have slipped and said something but nothing official was said.

The two started being spotted together more often after the end of the season and this just confirmed the rumours could have been true. Brandon recently posted pictures of the two taking a swim together captioned happy new year.

It might not be an official statement but it is definitely a confirmation the two are together. They both looked happy in the pictures. Fans floated Brandon’s comment section complementing how good the couple looks together and some calling them the couple of the year.
