2020 has veen a tough year for former Uzalo actor, GC. A lot of people were not happy about he got axed from one of South Africa’s leading Soapies, without a sound reason. GC has been entertaining and was a joy to watch on the SABC screens before his dismissal- but it seems that now; he has found a place where his talents are fully appreciated.

Tributes are pouring in his for GC, for the way he has been slaying his new gangster role… on the hit eHostela. Ever since he has stepped into the shoes of his new character on the DSTV Telenovela, he has been doing it justice in every single way.

This is particularly a sad moment for Uzalo because, the person who was carrying it is now on a better show; given a better role-playing while Uzalo is in decline; and continuing to bleed followers with the same storylines while just changing the characters, and bringing in new faces.

Days before Uzalo announced that it had signed a new 3 years contract with SABC, there were strong calls for it to be axed since its storylines were boring, and it was no longer a family show.

We would like to wish GC good luck on his new role, and hope that he continues to ace it like he has been doing…his story is proof that, nobody can stop what God has chosen you to do.

Nota Baloyi has come to realize the hurt he’s caused some of South African music artists with his words, and he’s taken to social media to apologize to them, most especially Zoocci Coke Dope.The music producer called him out over “false” claims and Nota responded by mocking the birth mark on Zoocci’s face.

The music businessman told the producer to go wipe the yoghurt on his face before talking to him. This statement got social media users frenzy.

Afterwards, Nota privately apologized to Zoocci and many other’s he’s attacked.

“I apologize to Zoocci Coke Dope and all those I’ve offended … Sincerely and unreservedly. I have texted Zoocci and sent him a personal apology as well which he has received, read and thankfully accepted. To all those disappointed: I know better, I will do better!”
