Durban- E TV telenovela Durban Gen’s actors have sparked rumours of dating each other in real life.

The couple have been spotted together looking cosier like couples more than friends. Celebrity commentator Phil Mphela reported the stars who coupled up at a vacation looked like they are dating.

Nelisiwe Sibiya and Mike Ndlangamandla were spotted looking cosy at the holiday together.

In a picture that was shared on Twitter, it shows Mike and Nelisiwe chilling together at the poolside and more close to each other more than friends can do.

Fans quickly thought that the two could be dating in real life as they do on screen. In Durban Gen, Mike plays the character of Doctor Zulu and Nelisiwe plays the character of Doctor Mthethwa. They are both working at Durban General hospital where Doctor Lindelani Zulu is a head of surgey and Doctor Mbali Mthethwa is an intern.

Their love story on screen caught the attention of many viewers to the extent that when it ended, Durban Gen lost lot of viewers.

Statistics shows that Durban Gen lost 300 000 viewers in December, a drop from 2 000 000 viewers last recorded in November.
