podcast, Vusi admitted that he trusts Somgaga with his life.

“I have known Somizi for 16 years. I met him before I even got into the music industry. He’s so real and supportive. Somizi is one of those genuine people that believes that if you have a dream, no matter how big, you can work towards it and achieve it.

“His success has been motivation for me to believe this is possible. Somizi is living proof that reaching your dreams is possible. It’s not often you find someone you are able to trust with your life and when you do find someone like this, it’s important to nurture that relationship.”People out there are saying that we are dating but we’re not dating. We have mutual respect for each other and we trust each other a lot … With us, it’s realness all the way. It’s been 16 years now and we’re still going strong,” he said.

Apart from that, Vusi has been rumoured to be gay but he has been posting some lovey-dovey pictures with a beautiful blogger with a social media handle @asnobwithablog and even hinted at being inlove. When it was her birthday, he said, “Happy birthday to the love of my life.”

Jack Mabaso Dumps Generations The Legacy The show is officially villain less ..

Post main imageThe actor who also played the role of Bhekifa Ngubane on the now canned Mzansi Magic’s telenovela, Isibaya and Jefferson Sibeko on Isidingo. The actor’s last appearance is in May of this year on the country’s second most watched show.

Entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela stated on Twitter that the actor is joining the new soapie that will replace the now cancelled Rhythm City on ETV.

The show’s publicist, Nandipha Pantsi also confirmed the news to Daily Sun that the actor has indeed resigned and will be pursuing other avenues. “Vusi Kunene is leaving the show to pursue other ventures. His last and final episode will air later this year in May.” The actor reprised his popular character in 2015!

News of Kunene’s departure will bring a huge loss to the show as Mabaso was officially the only actual villainous character left after actor, Vuyo Dabula who plays the role of Kumkani “Gaddafi” Kumkani is also rumored to have exited the show.

It is unclear if Dabula will be back as there were other rumours which stated that the actor isn’t leaving. The actor said in an interview with Drum that he was as shocked as everyone when rumours of him leaving the soapie for Netflix’s Queen Sono started doing the rounds. He was even perplexed when he found out he’s joining Uzalo amongst other shows…

“I am staying. There are a whole lot of stories around this. It is a bit bizarre, the idea that I am leaving Generations has been preceded by other new that have been circulating that I am leaving South Africa.

The fantastical one, the grand one was that I was going to work with 50 cent on Black Mafia Family. It is certainly exciting to read”

These were some reactions from Twitter from Jack Mabaso’s fans:

“Generations will be never be the same without him. Bow down King.”

“A wiseman always know when to bow down while still relevant and loved. Go Do you somewhere we will support you there as well.”

“He has been carrying the show for far too long, Mfundi has been treating Generations as that old show backstage he has gone new talent instead of seasoned ones and this has backfired.”

“It was Tau, Kumkani and now Jack. I can safely say I will not be watching the show anymore.”

“Haven’t watched it since it came back as “the legacy.”
