Anele Mdoda is over the moon after Trevor Noah gave her a shoutout while hosting the Grammy Awards.

Trevor Noah hosted this year’s Grammy Awards and he was able to acknowledge his local friend after Beyoncé made history.

Moments after Beyoncé made history by becoming the female artist with the most Grammy wins, Noah mentioned Anele.

He said: “Give it up for Beyonce. This is history. She did it Aneeeezy!”

Aneezy is a nickname give to Anele by Naoh and she did not let it slack as she took to Twitter to share the news.

“Also did you okes hear Trevor shout me out at the Grammys after Beyoncé’s speech?,” Anele said.

The star shared through her Twitter two bright and big billboards in New York’s Times Square and in Canada’s Toronto Eaten Centre.

The rapper has gone both nationally and internationally with her new music.

Sho also mentioned one of the best things about making it to international billboards is that she gets to bring other local talent on the journey with her.

She also went ahead to share the names of everyone who was involved in the making of the billboard.

Noxolo Maqashalala’s cause of death has finally been revealed.

Noxolo Maqashalala’s cause of death has finally been revealed.

The star was found dead few days ago in her Honeydew home in Johannesburg.

A family friend, Senyukele Zibobo said that her body was found lying in her home by a delivery man.

“I received a call from her brother informing me of her death. Someone went to drop off something at her place and realised there was something strange,” said Zibobo.

However, Police in Honeydew, Johannesburg revealed that they suspected no foul play in her death. Nonetheless, they are currently investigating possibilities.

“Our members that arrived at the scene found the property totally locked. They just got a bad smell, and when the members managed to enter the property, they found the partially decomposed body of a female. No foul play was discovered at the time of recovering the body,” said a police spokesperson.

Noxolo’s uncle revealed that the family has found some sort of closure in knowing that nothing sinister had occurred.

“We asked ourselves if she was poisoned or had been sick but the postmortem has proven that there was nothing sinister. We will continue enjoying her work in different shows where she was featured and remind ourselves of the good person she was. People from this village loved and cherished her.” He said. “She put the family name out there and we loved that… we will miss her beautiful smile.”

She will be laid to rest on Saturday.
