Anele Mdoda Involved In A Car Accident

Taking to social media, Anele teased her followers with just a portion of what happened and why she was required to wear a moon boot. “What a bloody long day!!!! You won’t believe what happened to me resulting in this moon boot. It’s the most bizarre thing to happen as it was happening I was in disbelief,” she revealed.

She promised to tell her fans what exactly happened on her 947 radio breakfast show at 7:10 this morning, because the story was too long to type on Instagram, “…it’s too long of a tale to tell here but madness was the order of the day. I am fine but I was a little sad shame. I had a cry or two,” an emotional Anele said.

Living up to her promise, Anele spoke about the rather traumatic accident saying it took place at OR Tambo International Airport, when she had just came back from Eastern Cape, where she was visiting her family.

At the airport she waited for her bae to pick her up and take her home, little did she know what was going to happen to her. Standing at the pick up point at the airport, Anele suddenly got thrown into the floor. Her first thought was that she was getting mugged as she felt pressure on top of her and her leg stuck, which eventually lead to her body getting frozen.

When she turned back, she got the shock of her life – a car had hit her. The driver of the car did not move his car on top of her, instead he got out of his car and wanted to argue with her, putting the blame on her, as she was supposedly on her phone.

“I am, waiting to get picked up [by my boyfriend] and now I’m standing where everyone is standing, waiting to get picked up. The next thing, I feel the biggest pressure forcing me to the ground. It is the most bizarre feeling, so I think ‘oh I’m getting mugged’, so I turn to grab whoever is mugging me,” she revealed as quoted by Daily Sun.

“Then I’m on the floor and I’m wondering what is going on. The next thing I feel my right foot is just stuck. I’m trying to move it, but it’s stuck. Now I can’t move my entire body, but there’s something on top of me. Guys, did I not get hit by a car!” she said.

Anele’s ankle got saved by Cassper Nyovest’s sneaker – yup the one that is getting a lot of hate. Anele said she called Cassper to tell him and applaud him for the comfortable sneaker.

“It was a Cassper Nyovest 990, I actually called him yesterday and told him to listen to the show today. It’s got quite a sole and that’s why the car couldn’t climb onto it. The shoe is that strong.”

Thankfully, her sneaker prevented her ankle from breaking, and said her doctor was a bit OTT for making her wear the moon boot, “It’s not broken, in fact, I think the moon boot is a bit of an overkill, but the doctor didn’t want me to go home, the one that I saw. The biggest bruise is the skin scrape which is just 4cm above from my ankle. There’s a huge wound, I kept on saying to the doctors it’s burning, I feel a burning sensation. But it turned out I had scraped that entire side when he dragged me on the tar.”

Connie Ferguson’s return to Mzansi Magic telenovela, The Queen, is highly anticipated and the co-founder of Ferguson Films has given a sneak peek of what we can expect.

Earlier this month, Connie’s return on set was met with much fanfare after the passing of her husband Shona Ferguson at the end of July.

Connie plays Harriet Khoza, matriarch of her family and at the centre of many storylines on The Queen.

The new season introduced a storyline that saw previous arch-enemies Harriet and Hector (Rapulana Seiphemo) start to fall in love with each other.

This storyline continues with her family members suspicious of the timing of her return, with Brutus (Themba Ndaba) concerned that she is hiding something.

Mzansi Reacts To Dineo Ranaka’s Idols SA Judging Skills

Dineo Ranaka received a flawless score from Idols South Africa viewers after demonstrating her incredible judging abilities on the competition show. Having proven herself to be multi-talented, Dineo’s appearance on the competition show, where she did an outstanding job judging the top eight, was a huge hit with the audience.

Following Somizi’s departure, viewers of Idols South Africa have expressed dissatisfaction with the broadcast, claiming that the overall quality of the show has deteriorated. The producers hoped that a large number of guest judges would assist in saving the show, especially because Somizi brought his own entertainment to the table, which kept Mzansi viewers riveted to their television screens.

There were guest judges on the show, but they failed to impress the audience or keep their loyal followers interested. On social media, many expressed their dissatisfaction with the show, the guest judges, and the performances. It was only until Dineo Ranaka arrived on the scene and saved the day!

Monique, who had been eliminated from the competition program, kicked off the festivities with a bittersweet note. Although the last eight contestants, who were chosen by more than 5 million people, sang with a lot of passion, Dineo was able to assess their performances as a result.

Apparently, Randall has discovered a new favorite contestant on the competition show, and he has even stated that he has never seen anyone like her before on the show. Following her performances of Soa Mattrix’s Uthando and Soulful G’s Uthando, Nqobie’s performance was the one that sealed the deal for Randall. In his words, she was “cool” since she didn’t strive too hard to win and he praised her for it. The host remarked, “I have never seen somebody like you on the show.”

If it weren’t for Ithana’s choice to withdraw from the competition while she was in the top ten, there would only be nine participants remaining. According to Nomsa Philiso, entertainment director for M-Net local channels, the 22-year-old was forced to withdraw from the top 10 owing to medical issues.

“On behalf of M-Net, we wish her a full and swift recovery.” Although it is regrettable that she will not be able to continue in the competition, her health is of the first importance. “We are aware that this is not the last time South Africans will see her on our television screens,” she stated.

Viewers were ready to give up on Idols because they thought they were uninteresting, and they were right. Concerned admirers flooded his social media comments area, expressing their desire for him to make a comeback in some way. Viewers ranged from just expressing their disappointment to threatening to never watch Idols again, and they were not just talking, but also acting on their feelings.

This comes as the ratings for Idols plunged to a jaw-dropping 600,000 people, instead of the typical 1 million viewers for the show. According to reports, 324 847 viewers also abandoned Idols as a result of this decision.

His buddy Kelly Khumalo was the second-best candidate after Somizi, according to spectators, because she was perceived to be a good fit – but she, too, refused to participate in Idols. This is due to the fact that she already has other commitments with a rival singing competition on SABC 2 – named Stand Up South Africa – that she must fulfill.

In addition to Lorcia Cooper Khumalo and Kurt Darren, she serves as a judge on the competition show. Dineo Langa will be hosting the show, and she is really stunning.

Actor Loyiso MacDonald’s wife files for divorce – See her reasons

Former The Queen actor Loyiso MacDonald has been served with divorce papers by his estranged wife, Mathunzi, in an effort to end their nine-year civil marriage.

The 31-year-old freelance creative approached the Johannesburg High Court last week, claiming that her marriage to the actor, who is best known for playing Kagiso Khoza on the popular Mzansi Magic telenovela, had broken down to the extent that they no longer live together.

The court application reads:

The plaintiff (Mathunzi Simphiwe MacDonald) believes there is no reasonable prospect of resuming a normal marital relationship with the defendant (Loyiso MacDonald)… The parties’ mutual affection and regard for one another has faded.

The paperwork also discloses that their marriage, which is a community of property union, resulted in no children, and that the pair has lived in separate residences since February 2017.

“The plaintiff finds it irreconcilable to continue the relationship since the defendant has committed adultery; there is no meaningful communication between the parties.”

The papers also declare that no joint estate will be divided and that each party will keep the property in their possession.

“The defendant is solely responsible for the motor vehicle with the description 2009 Audi A5 Quattro now in his possession, and each party is responsible for their own legal costs.”

Mathunzi’s native town of Witbank, Mpumalanga, hosted the couple’s traditional wedding. In 2012, close family members and celebrities attended the glittering occasion.

Mathunzi describes herself as a writer and creative person with a personal blog, as well as interests in photography and poetry.

Before marrying in September 2012, the pair dated for six years. In May, the 35-year-old, also known as “Segaqagaqa,” quit The Queen to pursue other projects off-screen.

The relationship between Loyiso MacDonald and Zandile Msutwana is said to have begun when the two acted as lovers on Zabalaza several years ago. They appeared to have taken their relationship off set and were head over heels in love.
