Dineo Ranaka is a South African radio presenter popular known as a sibling of Generations The Legacy’s actress being Manaka Ranaka who plays the character of Lucy Diale. She is also known for giving relationships and love advices on Metro FM together with talented personalities such as The Naked DJ and Lerato Kganyago. Dineo Ranaka who was recently blessed with another child has accepted her calling and is now a traditional healer.

Just like Tal Ass Mo with the real name Mongezi Mahlangu, Dineo Ranaka did not just become a traditional healer as she went through a lot before accepting her ancestral calling. While Tal Ass Mo was talking to himself and had to be taken to hospital by his wife before he became a healer, Dineo got sick in her early twenties and also landed in hospital with no one knowing what was her problem. However, she finally decided to accept her calling and go for traditional healing training.

Ranaka has opened that she is now a traditional healer. She also briefly shared how her journey has so far been and how things were before she accepted her calling.

” I’ve had a focus on God but I had not focused on my ancestral calling. There was a time when i was confused and convinced myself that i don’t have an ancestral calling”, Dineo Ranaka said.

“We spent a lot of time in the mountains digging trees and being taught natural medicines. As it stands i am a qualified traditional healer, i graduated last week. This means i can heal people through the power of spoken word and natural medicine”,Ranaka added.

This year has brought a lot into Dineo’s life. She welcomed a new baby which requires a lot from her side, had to go for traditional healing training and now practice what she was taught with her professional work that she also has to focus on. However, Dineo is not willing to let any of those suffer and plans to keep a balance between all of them.
