“We are proud to promote and elevate black girl magic on the continent through BET Africa platforms,” Monde Twala, senior vice-president and general manager for ViacomCBS Networks Africa and Peer Lead, BET International, stated.

Shozi will pick up a local celebrity visitor for an intimate drive in season 5, during which they will visit and explore notable sights and venues together.

Norma Mngoma, former minister Malusi Gigaba’s estranged wife, who recently dished dirt at the Zondo Commission; Reason, popular rapper and Lootlove’s former partner; and KwaMashu’s platinum-selling musician and Osama hitmaker Zakes Bantwini will be among the guests.

Jessica Nomalanga Shozi is a South African actress who was born in 1994. She was a host for BET Africa and appeared on the telenovela Rhythm City and MTV Shuga Alone Together.
