Phumeza has had it crazy and confusing these past few weeks. Her marriage with Thulani Sibiya has hit a pothole that they didn’t forsee. With their bank accounts emptied and new credit accounts opened, the only think that was remaining was for Thulani, being an ex police officer and a seasoned detective, to put his detective skills to good use in trying to find out who has been stealing their money. To their surprise, the CCTV footage that was found had one looking exactly like Phumeza as the prime suspect. That caused even more problems for Thulani and Phum-Phum since Thulani felt betrayed by the wife that he so dearly loves.

After being called a reckless spender without even spending a single cent of the money that had gone out mysteriously from their accounts. Phumeza’s “double” happens to be her twin sister in real life.

Phumeza, real name Tsidi Makitle and Tsidiso Makitle; now playing Phumzile on Durban Gen are twins. The pair was born on the 17th of August in 1998. The twins apparently auditioned for Durban Gen at the same time but Tsidi landed her role as Phumeza but Tsidiso didn’t get any role. Now, the pair gets to work together and we’ll get to see them on our TV screens doing what they love, together – this is one interesting, but a bit confusing storyline. With that said, Congratulations to both the Makitle twins as they continue to shine together. What could be the story behind Phumeza and Phumzile? Are they twins that were kept apart at birth?

Former Uzalo’s actor who is rumoured to be returning back to the show has been blessed with a new gig.

Khaya Dladla is a South African media personality known for being an actor, a backing vocalist and musician. Khaya is popular known for having entertained and kept viewers glued up on television through one of SABC shows being Uzalo whereby he played the character of Gamakhula (GC). Dladla besides being an actor has worked with Mzansi’s talented musicians such as Thandiswa Mazwai and the late Bra Hugh Masekela on the music side. He currently appears on House of Zwide that came on e.tv replacing one of the popular shows, Rhythm City while being a radio presenter.

He has been blessed with a new gig on radio to present another show on the same station where he currently works. He has been moved from a breakfast show to a drive show on Gagasi FM. Khaya will be presenting the Gagasi FM drive after replacing media personality being Nomalanga Shezi.

 

 

 
Speaking about the new gig, Khaya Dladla said “This move means growth. I mean I was moved from the top show to another top show. This is growth and promotion, I’m so happy”.

“I don’t have luck to get things for free. I’ve worked hard for everything I have. I’m working hard to grow on radio.But most importantly, I would like to thank my Gagasi FM bosses for believing in me”, Dladla added.
