A document which apparently ensnared Kelly Khumalo and others in the Senzo Meyiwa murder was given to court.

The State said the document was an inside update and assessment which was addressed to the Head of Public Indictments.

It said the document had no merit.

The NPA document depended on a second agenda in the murder of Meyiwa. The presence of two unique dockets relating to a similar occurrence were in the public space before the preliminary began.

It was recently put on record that there were two case dockets, with various exploring groups making various discoveries, remembering for who the suspects were.

In the primary case as of now under the steady gaze of court, Muzikawukhulelwa S’Tembu Sibiya, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi, Mthobisi Sovereign Mncube, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonke Maphisa, and Fisokuhle Ntuli are the blamed.

The men are accused of assuming a part in the murder of Meyiwa, who was shot in Khumalo’s home in Vosloorus, Boksburg, on 26 October 2014.

In the subsequent agenda, Khumalo, her mom Happiness, her sister Zandi, Meyiwa’s two companions, Tumelo Madlala and Mthokozisi Thwala, Zandi’s beau Longwe Thwala, and Maggie Phiri were recognized as suspects.

The court recently heard that two witnesses found Phiri cleaning the scene after Meyiwa was shot.

“Adv Mshololo doesn’t want to defend the accused, she is just show casing that she is a Lawyer, and a win or lose on this case for her it’s a win for her career.”, Lesata said.

Zandile Khumalo-Gumede is 27-year-old South African singer and vocalist, popularly known for her 2018 deput album Izikhali ZamaNtungwa. Zandile Khumalo-Gumede is Kelly Khumalo’s younger sister.

Zandile Khumalo is one of the people who were allegedly at the house the night Senzo Meyiwa was shot, together with her sister Kelly Khumalo, her mother Gladness Khumalo, Longwe Twala, Tumelo Madlala, Mthokozisi Twala and Maggie Phiri.

The above mentioned names were suspects in the second docket which was declared invalid and an opinion yesterday during Senzo Meyiwa Trial continuation.

“We told you that Mshololo is part of the state plot to pin a guilty verdict on wrong people. If Mshololo and Baloyi agree that docket 375 is of no significant nature, why does she want a postponement to study it. There won’t be justice for Senzo.”, Musina Ndevhe said.

 

 

 

 
Zandile Khumalo-Gumede posted Adv Mshololo on her instagram page. Adv Mshololo is a defence lawyer for accused number 5 (Fisokuhle Ntuli) in the Senzo Meyiwa’s murder case. Zandile Khumalo praised Advo Mshololo for the work she has put into dealing with Senzo’s case.

Zandile Khumalo-Gumede has awaken doubts and questions regarding who Advocate Mshololo is representing and defending before the court of law, between the accused number 5 and the Khumalo’s who were allegedly in the house the night Senzo Meyiwa was shot.

This was after Advocate Mshololo agreed for the Senzo Meyiwa’s trial to be postponed to September whereas the accused number 5 remains locked up in jail. Mzansi believe Advocate Mshololo is prolonging the case with asking for postponement hence Mzansi is accusing her of secretly fighting for the Khumalo’s family instead of the accused number 5.

South Africans lose hope in advocate Mshololo The proceedings of the trial are underway in the Pretoria high court. It seems the defence is going head to head as advocate Mshololo wants the trial to be postponed, while advocate Teffo wants a trial within a trial. The advocates seem not to find common ground. Advocate Teffo is representing four of two who were not serving any sentence, while advocate Mshololo represents someone who was already serving a life sentence.

The public were singing praises of advocate Mshololo just the past weeks, she showed so much boldness and it seemed she was well prepared. Advocate Mshololo grilled mr Mosia on the witness stand that most people felt almost sorry for the sergeant, however like most people it seemed advocate Mshololo wanted justice for Senzo.

 

 

 

 
Perhaps advocate Mshololo is too professional for most people to understand the court proceedings. Advocate Mshololo has asked that the proceedings should be adjourned so she can study docket number two, which has been ruled out as an opinion and can’t be submitted to court. Which seems it would be a waste of time just to hault the proceedings.

Advocate Teffo wants his clients to be released and have the people who were in the house arrested. Advocate Mshololo wants to prove that her client had nothing to do with Senzo’s murder.

There are many twists pertaining this court case, perharps advocate Mshololo’s admissions should be granted by the court so she can be well prepared. However how does the Judge take a decision when the defence is in turmoil.
