For many of his fans, when Hungani Ndlovu, better known as Romeo left Scandal, they could not believe it, some even wanted to go with him.

A hashtag was even started on Twitter with #BringBackRomeo, and Scandal ended up saying that the actor might not be gone forever, but we all knew that was a lie.

Years later, Hungani and his wife Stephanie started a very successful YouTube career amongst other things, and also had a bundle of joy. I am sure that many people just like me have been missing Hungani on our television screens, but as fate would have it, he is back and ready to rock us again.

Although he will not be acting in a soapie like Scandal where we would see him every day, Hungani has landed a big role because he will be the lead actor in a new movie. He recently posted a short video clip from the new film and wrote “coming soon, #TheBuM.

According to sources, the film is about a young couple that is tormented by someone from their past and some fans believe that it will be a horror movie.

When DJ-stone Tshianeo posted on Facebook about jealousy in the industry, he expected messages of sympathy. What he got: a bouquet of funeral flowers and a terrifying death threat.

On Monday afternoon, the well-known Limpopo DJ, whose real name is Ntshavheni Tshianeo, found an unexpected package in his yard.

The bouquet was neatly placed at the gate accompanied by a card.

“To the best DJ. It is all fun until you are no more,” read the scary message.

An acquaintance of the DJ’s, Rudzani Netshitenzhe, was there when he made the discovery.

“We had just knocked off from work and we passed by Tshianeo’s place to be met with the dreaded flowers at the gate. Whoever did it must be having evil intentions,” he said.

The DJ from Makwarela Township in Sibasa said on Sunday he posted on his Facebook page highlighting jealousy in the entertainment space.

“I keep things to myself but after two years of gossip from fellow DJs I decided it was time to speak up,” he said.

“Throughout my career I helped so many artists to improve their careers but they end up being the ones who are trying to destroy me.”

He said he is well-known throughout the province. He said word often gets back to him that guys he regarded as colleagues and friends are badmouthing him behind his back.

“I spoke my mind and one day later somebody is wishing me dead,” he said, adding that he knows he has enemies.

Tshianeo, who has performed at the Spar Music Festival, said he believes somebody is trying to scare him but he is not intimidated at all.

“If they think I will stop the good work I am doing they must forget it,” he said.

Tshianeo said he did not file a complaint with the police over the apparent death threat.

“I did not open a case as I felt I would not get help and that the case would interfere and impact negatively with my work,” he said.
