Media personality and actress Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa reportedly stole hearts at the second day of South African Fashion Week (SAFW). She showcased her autumn/winter 2023 collection alongside with Erre, Ntando XV, Munkus and her ex-husband DJ Black Coffee.

Enhle impressed the crowd so much that she received a standing ovation from the crowd after she wrapped her showcase.

Her collection reportedly stole the hearts of many people and they couldn’t stop singing her praises. Enhle’s Essie collection takes its cue from the edgy globetrotter and international jetsetter. Simple, yet exciting, fashion forward silhouette imagine new frontiers and are infused with her ethos of keep moving forward to push boundaries, never stop.

Enhle Mbali’s first taste of the fashion world was when she styled singer and actress Keabetswe “KB” Motsilanyane for her diva tour.

“I’ve always been into fashion. I was a 17-year-old, who styled KB. It was huge for me”. Enhle Mbali said.

The multi-talented Soweto native studied fashion design at University of Johannesburg, which should be no surprise that she eventually created her own fashion line called Essie Apparel.

The successful line has since been featured globally, including in Vogue Italia.

This week she left the crowd impressed at the South African Fashion Week, with her 2023 winter/autumn fashion collections, she even received a standing ovation from the crowd after wrapping her collection.

Last week polygamist Musa Mseleku’s second spouse MaYeni had the watchers of Uthando Nes’thembu feeling miserable following her profound breakdown on television, while she was discussing a portion of the disrupting things that she has unfolded previously.

Members of the public are urged to assist in locating the whereabouts of Aishwaryia Rughbeer (right) from the Isipingo area, she was last seen with Sachin Perumal (Left) from Phoenix unit 11 and he was supposed to drop her off in Lotus Park.

According to Reshmee Rekha Rughbeer James Facebook post, Aishwaryia Rughbeer is her sister and she last saw her on Wednesday, 19 October 2022 when her father dropped her off at work in Springfield Park, Durban (KwaZulu-Natal Province). She was wearing a white crop top and blue jeans.

Aishwaryia called her sister at around 12:00 pm and told her that she is in the company of Sachin Perumal and that he will drop her off in Lotus Park. Perumal’s white Datsun Go was seen approaching the family’s house but instead of dropping off Aishwaryia, he turned around and left.

Perumal’s vehicle was later found abandoned at the caltex garage on north coast road by Africaz Chicken and his whereabouts are unknown, till this day Aishwaryia has not yet been found.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Aishwaryia or Perumal should contact the saps phone number or report at the nearest police station.

A mother is so determined to take care of her disabled son that even the harshness of life do not seem to deter her.

Mavis Malela have birth to her baby boy Ookeditse Malela.

Unlike her other kids, he was born with water in the brain. Severely disabled, the young man is completely paralysed on his left side. Epileptic, he cannot walk, talk, eat or even go to the bathroom by himself.

Unable to communicate, the 31-year-old is entirely dependent on his mother for everything, including changing his nappy and being put to bed.

Although she adores her son with the fierce devotion only a mother is capable of, Malela admits it has taken its toll on her life.

Relief came last week in the form of a new wheelchair donated to the family by Specially-elected Councilor, Modiri Jojo Lucas.

Before that, Ookeditse’s relatives – his two siblings and mother – would wheel him around in a tattered old chair given to them by the hospital.

Such acts of kindness make a huge difference to the family, making their lives that little bit easier. However, as The Voice discovered when paying Malela a visit at her Block 7 home on Tuesday, they need more… much, much more.

We arrive to find the old woman sitting in the yard with her daughter and Ookeditse. Malela’s eldest son has since married and left the family home, a run-down three-bedroomed dwelling that houses the three grown-ups as well as four children (two grandkids and two orphans left behind by Malela’s late sister).

Unemployed, the mother-ofthree reveals she used to hustle a living through Ipelegeng but had to give that up as there was no one to stay home to look after Ookeditse.

“I cannot leave his sight because, immediately when I leave and he sees that I am not here, he becomes sad and does not eat. I am forced to be home always as he also needs to be changed sides when he is tired of sleeping or sitting. I am facing a big challenge but God only knows why,” she said.

As well as a new bed, the one she shares with Ookeditse is worn out, they require food, toiletries, diapers, wipes, clothes, cooking gas and, ideally, a water system toilet.
