Heartbreaking how Babes Wodumo is now broke

Over the past week, former Queen of Gqom Babes Wodumo has dominated the trends.

The singer is popular for exposing the public to her failing marriage to Mampintsha.

She went so far as to expose her husband for hitting on other female celebrities and impregnating another woman in Durban. She has been accusing her husband of cheating and being a lover of many women.

Babes even went so far as to expose him for robbing her by signing her up for a company without her permission and then going on to collect money from the company nonetheless without getting her permission.

After learning how much she earns every single month, the couple’s fans are now in disbelief.

According to the lifestyle of celebrities, Babes’ monthly income is roughly estimated to be R100k, which is a modest sum.

R100k is insufficient for a singer with Babes Wodumo’s level of success given that they need to maintain and pay for expensive cars, homes, and numerous other items on a monthly basis.

“The first thing you would have is what you make each month. We can estimate that it will be around R100 000. Then your gross income is fine, your gross profit,” said Khanyisa Bomoyi, a member of heritage finance management, before Babe interrupts her to ask if by “groceries” she meant “revenue.”

She continued by saying that Babes earned roughly R50,000 from her endorsements.

Well, the endorsements haven’t been coming in as quickly as they did when she was at her best.

In Uzalo, veteran actor Ronald Mkhwanazi, who currently portrays Njinji’s right-hand man Simon Nsimbi, spent two decades performing in theater productions and various TV series abroad.

Mkhwanazi tells Daily Sun that ten years ago, when he returned from abroad, hunger met him as he went from audition to audition in vain.

“I went from one audition to another, without any luck. I was out of money. If you’re not working, you won’t have money. I didn’t lose hope because I knew something would come up. This went on until Uzalo rescued me.”

The actor continues by stating that Gibson Kente, a well-known playwright in Mzansi, is where he first got his start in acting in the 1970s.

He left high school in grade 10, pursued acting in Europe, and then settled in America in 1983.

His character Simon Nsimbi, also known as Bab’Nsimbi to Uzalo viewers, is in a relationship with Njinji, his boss and a former Isibaya actress.

This week, the sangoma persona of MaMlambo played by Gugu Gumede revealed that Njinji’s deceased husband is not pleased with their relationship and will not bless it because they began seeing each other while he was still alive.

Njinji cheated on her husband with her right-hand man, and even after she is purified, they might have to call it quits.

Skeem Saam: What Khwezi did to Mavimbela for Lehasa to win the case

Lehasa was declared free last night by Judge Mavimbela, one of his enemies.

Everyone was talking after the not-guilty verdict, and many people are still speculating about what might have actually happened.

What could have been the cause of the delay in reading out the verdict after Mavimbela arrived at court an hour later?

Keep in mind that Lehasa’s baby mama is like a dog with a bone—until she gets what she wants, she won’t let go.

Khwezi was working hard to gather information about Mavimbela prior to the reading of the verdict so she could use it to blackmail him.

She was prepared to spend as much as R1 million to ensure that she obtained some dirt on him.

Lehasa is Mavimbela’s enemy, and he was going to make sure that he rotted in jail, but he was unable to continue because of how much he stands to lose.

Khwezi once made the suggestion that the Mavimbela family operated some small shady businesses; this may have been the justification they used to get Mavimbela to acquit Lehasa.

Lehasa and Pretty’s relationship will face a lot of hostility and distress following the trial, and it will be difficult for them to move on.
