Here’s how Lamiez Holworthy is balancing work and motherhood

South African DJ, television personality, radio presenter, record producer, businesswoman, and philanthropist, Lamiez Holworthy recounts how she spent her first week of resumption at work as a mother.

The radio presenter resumed work at Metro FM and also started accepting gigs weeks after the birth of her son, Leano.

“First week fully back at work and I can’t explain all the emotions I’ve gone through- from the little mommy guilt that comes with leaving your little one behind to the hunger that comes with wanting to go extra harder just for him. Then there’s your body having to adapt or learn to push through the crazy hours all over again and still give every gig your all…”

“I then look at all the love I’ve received at each and every one and it makes it all a little easier. It reminds me of the genuine love and support that I have, not only at home but at gigs too and that alone is enough to carry me.”

“And now? Now that I have this newly found purpose, drive, and hunger- I cannot wait to go even harder and still balance being a wife, a mother, a daughter, sister, friend and all the other hats that I wear but most importantly? Still being able to be MYSELF,” she added.

Shaun Mamkhize has revealed that she desires to have her own private plane

Shaun Mamkhize reveals that she wants to have her own private plane, and she already has an idea of how it will look when she gets it. With her, she may make that dream possible since she is someone who has changed her life since she left her marriage. She has accomplished a lot, and one of the biggest moments was when she fought to get back into the PSL, but she had to acquire a status, which was from the Bloemfontein Celtics. Having a plan is something that many people want to have. DJ Blackcoffee also revealed from that podcast and Chill with MacG that he would love to have one that belongs to him.

Themba, who is famously known as DJ Euphonik, also shared a few years ago that he would love to have his own private plane. It is an attainable dream, and it does cost a lot of money to have one. It is also interesting to know how much it costs to maintain it and how much the pilot will be paid. It is also amazing that you would not have to travel with other people or book a business-class ticket. For someone like Mamkhize, she had mentioned the previous year that she does not like to go through winter. She had been enjoying the European summer season the previous year, but at some point she had to come back to her business engagements in South Africa.

“The reason for me to start my Instagram page was for the people to get insights into who I am. There was a perception that was created by the media, and that encouraged me to want to tell my own story. And that is the reason why I wrote the book because if you don’t tell your story, you get misunderstood. The “Kwa Mam-Mkhize” star revealed that writing the book had been helpful in her own healing. I wrote this book for my healing process. I wanted to heal because there are so many things that I’ve put in a certain corner, things that I’ve blocked because they were so painful to me. And sometimes, if you want to move on to a certain stage, you need to take the past and put it where it belongs.”

The transformation of braids hairstyles

There are many reasons that made us believe that braids hairstyles have transformed from generation to generation and the way they are in terms of appearance makes all of us to be very proud.

In the past many people did not believe in braids hairstyles, but now when you see the rates of braids you can agree with us that they have transformed indeed.

There are many things that made us not to like our own hairstyle as Africans. But all that seem to have changed now and the are many proof to that. Who would have thought that one day braids were going to be trending like this.

This is evidence that you have to love what you have because one day the value might change from worse to better. You must be very proud of your braids don’t try to look for something that cost alot of money.

This is a solution to the economy that seems to be very unfriendly with us. You are going to save alot of money yet you will appear to be beautiful.

One of the good things about these tyles of styles is that they allow you to be creative. You can come up with your very own idea and makes it click and work for you.

We can safely say without thinking twice that lately braids hairstyles have been inspired by many people. In year 2020 when we started few individuals didn’t believe in us but now we can see the trend that puts a big stamp on our work.

The growing trend of braids has not only made us happy but has decreased the social pressure that youth had on other brands of hair that are costly compared to braids.

The best of braids is yet to be seen!

Thank you for wonderful time with us, you may continue to enjoy your day.

Check how she started her own fast food restaurant without any financial assistance. (Neliswa)

In 2023, South Africa’s fast food selling market is expected to grow by 7,9 percent annually. Many young people have invested on themselves and started their own business in order to earn ends meat. Fast food small restaurant is amongst the most profitable less capital needing business idea that anyone can own.

A young entrepreneur named Neliswa Lerato Mntungwa recently shared a testimony of she managed to build her own business after getting fired at work.

She tweeted “My name is Neliswa Mntungwa and I run a kota spot called ‘Kota Two Nice’ based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. In 2018 I was retrenched from a job I had been in for over 7 years of my life. I went from a corporate office space to being completely unemployed.

I started a business not knowing that it would be my bread and butter, I had nothing, no place to work from no idea where to start so I got a Gazebo, small gas stove and I took it to the street and sold on the side of a road outside a local clinic. I used my pots I had at my house and made my meals in them.

I didn’t know what I was doing but I had to persist. I taught myself how to make different meals. Everyday I’d teach myself something new, about food, about business. Today, I have a mobile kitchen that I do events with and I have a sit down store I can call my own.

Point is, start with what you have, it’s hard so you need to have thick skin. We learn and grow everyday. Keep pushing.”

Why Zandie Khumalo rejected a live broadcast at Senzo Meyiwa’s Trial

Zandie Khumalo revealed why she requested a media blackout of her testimony in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.weeks ago, the singer testified in court about the night Senzo was killed, however, it was the audio that was provided to the public as she didn’t permit any recording

Live broadcast of the image of the witness will not be permitted. Members of electronic media are permitted to live broadcast the testimony of the witness … by means of audio. The prohibition of images of [the] witness … while she testifies shall remain in place until the finalisation of this trial,” judge Tshifhiwa Maumela ruled.nIn a sit-down interview with eNCA, Zandile responded to people’s reaction to her choice.

“This is a democratic country, I was just merely exercising my rights and I feel that, that is why even the court took about two days for the plea. They found that it was actually within my rights to exercise that and I don’t know why now is it a hoo-ha that I exercise my rights since this is a democratic country.

“My family and I, there’s no platform we haven’t been to, trying to explain exactly what happened. But it seems they choose what to listen to and they make their own decisions. So I was like, I don’t owe anybody anything right now because they’ve had their chance and now the only people that I need to testify to is just the court. Whether there is a camera there or not, I’m just there to testify. That’s all.
