According to various blogs, the singer is making a move to Malawi. The reports alleged that she would be moving to the southeastern African country because her father is from there. However, Lady Zamar was originally born in Tembisa, South Africa. Her father is from Zambia, not Malawi, according to her interview with TshisaLIVE in 2017.

 

 

 

 

 

A VICTIM OF CYBERBULLYING
The false reports come a week after she went on a social media rant to address the constant cyber bullying she faces.

“Do you want me to kill myself, do you want me to die, be murdered, go to jail to make you guys happy… do you guys want me to stop making music or publicly cry so you can see how i actually feel about what happened to me?” she partly wrote in a lengthy tweet.

Lady Zamar is often a victim of mob intimidation and cyberbullying on Twitter whenever she posts her views. The treatment she receives stems from the rape allegations she levelled against her ex-boyfriend and musician Sjava in 2017.
In 2018, Lady Zamar opened a rape case against Sjava – who denied the rape allegations and filed an application for the matter to be heard in the high court.

“As a final statement on this matter, I write to you as my colleagues, business partners, peers and supporters to inform you that I will not be engaging on matters of assault and abuse levelled against me on social media or any other platform.

“I have instituted legal proceedings in the high court of SA and as such the matter is now sub judice,” he said in his statement.

However, in 2020, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) declined to prosecute as it believed “the facts or evidence do not support a successful prosecution” — Sowetan reported.

In 2022, many hearts broke after South African author Zoleka Mandela revealed that she was diagnosed with bone cancer. The mother of six shared a lengthy post about the diagnosis and left her followers saddened by discussing her children who will be left motherless when she passes on.

Zoleka Mandela, the granddaughter of struggle hero Nelson Mandela, has served as an inspiration for many.

This after she opened up about her cancer diagnoses and how she is keeping herself in good spirits despite her heartbreak about one day leaving her children without a mom.

She has actively kept her followers updated about her fight against cancer while also sharing motivational posts.

On Thursday this week, she shared a clip of herself looking radiant and positive — much to the delight of her supporters.

“2.08.2023 – ‘Nothing shakes the smiling heart.’ – Unknown. 🥰 Good evening, beloved Queens … Thanking you all for the much needed prayers, I’m more grateful to you all than you will ever know.

Thank you for incessantly supporting and encouraging me through quite an unexplainable time in my life. You are truly wonderful people, and I hope I can repay your warmth and kindness. You have my gratitude, as always! 🙏🏾 Peace. Passion. Positivity,” she captioned the post.
The post was met with many comments from those who love how much light she brings to their timelines despite struggling with cancer.

Many of them wished her well as she forges on.

A year ago, Springboks player Elton Jantjies and team dietician Zeenat Simjee made headlines over their alleged illicit affair.

The duo were reportedly spotted together at a guesthouse in Mbombela.

However, the rugby player is making ammends for his actions after praising his wife, Iva Ristic, and their family of five.

While Elton Jantjies has no doubt been left disappointed after failing to make the Springboks squad ahead of the Rugby World Cup, he remains in good spirits.

Taking to his Instagram account, the 32-year-old praised his wife, Iva Ristic.

Despite his alleged affair with Zeenat Simjee making headlines, Elton and Iva have remained close. They often feature on each other’s social media accounts.

The couple – who wed in 2019 and share three sons – have shared posts from their travels together. Iva – a model and DJ – is based in Alanya, Turkey, while Elton resides in France, where he plays for team Agen.

It’s unclear if the couple are just co-parenting or are giving their relationship another go.

DIVORCE STILL ON THE CARDS?
In December, Iva Ristic told The South African that the couple would finalise their divorce after the festive season.

And despite their marriage breakdown playing out in the public eye, Iva shared that she and Elton were on “great terms” – as friends and co-parents.

Iva said at the time: “Elton is doing really well. We are on great terms though we talk every day. I am still his biggest supporter, and he is mine.

“I am honestly proud of us for managing to keep the friendship going.”

In August, Elton and Zeenat made headlines after an eyewitness spotted them at a guesthouse in Mbombela. The duo were accused of having a romantic relationship after being spotted together amid the Springboks’ Rugby Championship match against the All Blacks.
