Leon Schuster has shared a health update with fans : Alive and kicking

Leon Schuster is on the bend following a serious back operation that landed him in hospital for several weeks. The actor and entertainer shared a health update with his fans on his Facebook account.

Despite keeping a low profile in recent years, Schuster has released a new song for the Springboks ahead of the Rugby World Cup, which kicks off this weekend. The song is titled Bokmasjien and is available to stream on all major platforms


 

 

 
LEON SCHUSTER HEALTH UPDATE
In the Facebook post, Leon Schuster shared the news that he had been discharged from a local hospital. This, following a back operation after sustaining injuries while filming the 2022 movie Mr Bones 3 .

But while the 72-year-old actor was happy to be home, he was annoyed at having to take it easy.

Thanking South Africans for their support, he shared: “I’ve been discharged and back home after three weeks! What a blissful feeling!”

Schuster reminded his fans to listen to his new song Bokmasjien. He continued: “When I hear it, I just want to jump up and dance, but then I break my back, my knees, my ankles, and all kinds of stuff”.

“So I’m lying and waiting impatiently for eight weeks to pass”.

‘BOKMASJIEN‘: NEW SONG FOR THE SPRINGBOKS
Leon Schuster’s new song Bokmasjien was released last month ahead of the Springboks stint the Rugby World Cup in France from 8 September to 28 October.

SA will play their first match against Scotland on 10 September.

It’s not the only song the national team will be grooving to. Sister Bethina hitmaker Mgarimbe recently released his catchy track Amabokoboko or Sister Bokkina.

Unathi Nkayi’s body goals inspires fans

Radio personality Unathi Nkayi motivated her followers not to skip gym on a Monday via an Instagram post. She also revealed that she was heading back to the gym in the afternoon for boxing and kickboxing. Take a look…

“Are you gonna skip today? We never skip Monday. Back in the afternoon for boxing and kick boxing. It’s shooting season,” she wrote.

THE RADIO PERSONALITY ON DEPRESSION
This comes after the radio personality took to Instagram to give her friend Minnie Dlamini her flowers. She expressed that her friend pulled out of depression while she was just stuck in her bedroom, and put her on a flight.

Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s case might not go to trial says immigration lawyer Gary Eisenberg

Dr Nandipha Magudumana appeared at the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Monday,4 September where she was expected to apply for bail; she was spotted praying heavily and seemed to desperate which has had netizens divided in the comment section.

DR NANDIPHA MAGUDUMANA PRAYING FOR BAIL?
In a 55-second video, Dr Nandipha Magudumana could be seen pouring her heart out as she prayed seated in a court dock. The controversial doctor is accused of fraud, corruption, violating a corpse, defeating the ends of justice, aiding and abetting an inmate to escape from lawful custody, corruption, concealing an escaped offender, and arson, IOL reported.

 

 

 

 

According to TimesLIVE, nine of her co-accused have been granted bail by different courts, while her boyfriend, murderer and rapist, Thabo Bester and another accused abandoned their bids. Magudumana initially abandoned her bail application. However, she is now willing to pay R10 000 for her bail. In a bid to grant Magudumana bail, her lawyer, Machini Motloung argued that she would not be a flight risk as she has family and occupational ties in the country, SABC reported.
