No doubt Siya Kolisi and Cheslin Kolbe are topping trends in the backdrop of their heroics against France in the 2023 Rugby World Cup. The Springboks edged France 29-28 in a thrilling encounter that has since been dubbed one of the biggest World Cup games.

Springbok star wing Cheslin Kolbe charged down a conversion attempt by French fullback Thomas Ramos in the first half, which was a turning point in the game. Those two ‘saved’ points would go a long way to ultimately handing the Springboks a 29-28 victory.

Cheslin Kolbe went to great lengths after the Test to explain that he didn’t break any rules by starting his sprint early. However, the Springboks have been bullish in their campaign with 11 wins from 12 games, only losing to Ireland last month in pool stages.
