Orlando Pirates: DJ Cleo’s son to join first team?

Son of DJ Cleo, Zoey Monyepao has truly impressed Bucs management.

The 18-year-old Diski Challenge goalkeeper is reportedly set to be invited to train with the first team.

Bucs management have been monitoring Monyepao closely.

In fact, they wanted him to make his mark with the junior side before inviting him to train with the first team.

Therefore, he is reportedly going to be invited to train wit the first team.

“The senior technical team has been monitoring him during the off season and they wanted to give him time to establish himself with the junior team first before he can invite him to train with them (the seniors),” the insider reported on SoccerLaduma.

The 18-year-old keeper has been tipped for big things. To have attracted interest from Bucs management at such a young age speaks volumes for the talent and potential of Monyepao.

“He is good. Actually, he is very good. He is only 18 years old and he has a great future ahead of him,” he added.

Furthermore, he could even earn a first team contract if he impresses the technical staff during his stint with the first team.

The son of SA DJ and producer, DJ Cleo could continue the families proud reputation in SA. Imagine, a famous DJ and Producer and a Bucs star from the sane family in the same generation.
