The actress admitted that she will keep working on the serial opera despite certain differences with the inked contract.

Since she had to relocate from Johannesburg to KwaZulu-Natal for the show, Gela is reportedly upset with the way she was handled.

She is furious. Because she feels mistreated, she made the decision to skip the event. How can you agree on specific terms with an actor and then amend the contract? I don’t blame her. That is not right, the source said.

The TV drama’s filming was canceled.

“It’s such a problem that individuals were advised not to come to work; I’m curious how they’ll handle the next month because the screenplay revolves around her character,” says the insider.

Omuhle Gela has confirmed her departure from Uzalo.

“Yes, I’ve regretfully made the decision to depart,” she explained. “I can’t say much right now, but I will surely agree I am not happy and deemed it proper to dismiss myself from the production with immediate effect.”
