Boitumelo Thulo, popularly known as Boity, is a South African actress, rapper, TV presenter, model and a business woman. Her contribution in the music and entertainment sector led her to Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 in 2019.

 

 

 

 

 

Boity has been making all sorts of headlines in recent months, after she revealed that she would expect her next boyfriend to give her a girlfriend allowance of R450k per month. Yes, you heard me properly. She revealed this during an interview with the Amaxhosa most beautiful queen, Mihlali Ndamase who just told the press that she had a boyfriend who used to give her about R40k-R50 each and every month.

Mihlali even even asked her who’s going to give her R450k in a month because she doubts that no government worker can afford that. However Boitumelo still thinks that it is possible and if she happens to get a boyfriend she will be able to inspire him to work so tough that he could make over R450 000 in a month and subsequently the 450k is hers.

However it didn’t end well for Boity as her interview with mihlali was aired and fell in the wrong hands. Since her interview was trending on social media, it was also viewed by the black Twitter president, who used it to grill her. According to the president, Mihlali’s R50k is understandable but Boity will get her R450k In her dreams. The president went to troll Boity which really made people lose respect for her.

The president went on to tweet that he will never pay R450k for any woman who’s over 30 years of age and who has a body count like Boity’s. It appears that Boity has dated a lot of celebrities which doesn’t sit well with the president. From Casper, Maponyane, Khaya Dlanga, Anele Papu, Eugene Khoza and many more.

So the people Boity has dated, has made her look unattractive and proving that he doesn’t like her he went on to say this on Twitter : “Personally, even if I was a Millionaire I wouldn’t pay R450K for a woman over 30.Even in cars. What determines the price of a vehicle is mileage,condition and year Model. Paying a fortune for a isgogwane would be a bad investment!”

However it looks as if that was just the start because the 450k made headlines on Twitter and people had been making jokes out of her. but the Boity – roast that made headlines came from the president himself. The president wasn’t done with Boity yet and he came with the precise diss which turned Boity into a whole laughing stock.

The president then compared Boity with a Quantum, saying that he would rather use his R450k to buy a Quantum than giving it to Boity who will buy him useless things on his birthday. From the tweet he said a brand new Quantum is R450k and Boity’s allowance is R450k, “Wenza imali e Rankin or udla ikuku ye Sangoma.”

The president’s tweet had Mzansi on a tip toe as people went to the comment section to laugh at Boity as people were saying that she has a vivid imagination and she’s full of chances. However many people opted for a Quantum as they claim that they have beautiful girlfriends compared to Boity.
