Forever in the headlines for speaking her mind and offending someone, it’s refreshing to note that she can Tweet about positive things for once. The veteran artist, who has been in the entertainment industry for 20 years now, has always spoken her mind and caused controversy.

Ntsiki Mazwai recently Tweeted her move away from the concrete jungle, to a quiet and secluded farm in an undisclosed location.”I don’t have the words to extend the deepest gratitude to @OscarMagud and L & M removals for moving me from one stage of my life to the next…. From uptown girl to farm girl STILL I RISE….. My faves I am safe I am happy about my decision. Thokozani”
The star recently stirred the pot when she suggested Jerusalema is actually Nomcebo’s song and Master KG should be the one labelled as the featured artists. Ntsiki suggested that Nomcebo should get a 50/50 pay of royalties from the song because she wrote the lyrics and sang them. According to Ntsiki, Master KG is taking credit for a song that Nomcebo should be getting credit for instead and this supports her narrative that black women are always overlooked and unappreciated. Many Tweeps argued otherwise however and stated that Nomcebo always gets her flowers when Jerusalema is mentioned.
Thers So many songs in this world Where people are Featured I never saw you or anyone saying this..Or is thers something behind what you saying..Anyway Bless up my Sister one Love https://t.co/aInPW7dK4u

Master KG also found Ntsiki’s assertions to be quite bizarre…
“Thers So many songs in this world Where people are Featured I never saw you or anyone saying this..Or is thers something behind what you saying..Anyway Bless up my Sister one Love”
Ntsiki claims to be a feminist and is always advocating for women’s rights but then she contradicts herself afterwards like when she attacked women who wore wigs a few weeks ago during the Clicks hair saga. In a series of Tweets, she left South African women fuming and South African men celebrating her.”Why are black women finding it so hard to admit that they lack confidence in their own hair…. And wigs make them feel prettier?”
Ntsiki will always speak her mind and cause controversy in these Twitter streets, as she says so herself, that is her role in society, asking and initiating difficult conversations.
“I’m not on social media to post pics and brag… I’m here to stir dialogue. My twitter account has ALWAYS been about spiritual WORK. Always. Twitter is my office where I use words to stir debate and dialogue in my community.”
Hopefully, her move to a secluded farm will mean her Tweeting less and focusing on her new-found life.
