Ntombifuthi Dlamini was born on January 12, 1985, in KwaMashu, a township north of Durban. The mother of two grew up in South Africa.
Career
Many viewers of the award-winning SABC1 drama series Uzalo are familiar with her character Mam’ Madlala. In 2014, she went for an audition among other hopefuls for a role.
Then she was a clinic janitor but knew she had acting talent. After the audition, she impressed the judges and got a regular role.

The actress joined the cast of the series as a gossipmonger and friend to MaDongwe, played by Zama Magubane.
Her character develops romantic feelings for boys younger than herself, addressed as Ben 10s.
Though her character and her real-life personality are parallel to one another. Dlamini is not a keen church person and doesn’t go for younger boys like her onscreen role.
