Noxolo Mathula, who plays Lilly Dongwe on SABC 1’s hit telenovela Uzalo, impressed fans with her real-life side business.

Noxolo is only 26 years old, but she has already made a name for herself thanks to her big break from Uzalo. She has also appeared in hit TV shows such as Hostel, which aired on Mzansi Magic, and Mzansi’s current favorite, Durban Gen, which airs on eTV. She has undeniably progressed in the industry and continues to spread her wings.

Someone only 26 years old has accomplished so much and done so well for herself. She recently purchased a 1.8 million dollar home, which stunned her fans. As if that wasn’t enough, she added an R1 million car to her collection this year, which is truly impressive.

Noxolo isn’t achieving these milestones solely through acting. She also works a second job. She makes a living selling hot dogs, demonstrating what a humble and intelligent woman she is. She sells hotdogs on the streets and in shopping malls. She claims that her coworkers are extremely supportive of her business and that they frequently purchase from her.

HotdogsByNoxolo is the name of the company, and Noxolo promotes it through her celebrity. Her company is still in its early stages, but she is transforming it into a full-fledged enterprise by catering for major events. Noxolo continues to inspire the youth and encourages them to strive for greater heights. That right there is some black girl magic.

According to the photos she posts on the restaurant’s Instagram page, the place is usually packed at lunchtime. People from her neighborhood come to get food. It’s reasonable to believe Lilly doesn’t rely on her Uzalo role for financial support, but she’d be able to live comfortably even if she stopped acting.
