Nota Baloyi identifies the person responsible for Costa Titch’s death

Podcaster Nota Baloyi, who has been in the news recently for his allegations surrounding the murder of South African rapper AKA, has now accused the owners and organizers of the Ultra South Africa Festival of being responsible for the death of award-winning rapper Costa Titch. The rapper collapsed and died during a performance at the Ultra Music Festival on March 11, 2023.

In a post on his Instagram account, Nota alleged that the strobe lights triggered an epileptic fit in Costa Titch and that the festival’s owners and organizers were responsible for his death. Nota also suggested that Costa Titch’s family should take legal action against the festival’s organizers and his management for negligence. He further claimed that T-EffecT, which manages Costa Titch, has led two of their artists to their death in just 29 days.

The allegations made by Nota are serious, and if proven true, could have significant legal implications for the festival’s organizers and management. However, at this stage, there is no evidence to support Nota’s claims, and they should be treated with caution until more information is available.

The Tsobanoglou family, Costa Titch’s family, also issued a statement thanking the emergency responders and everyone who assisted Costa Titch during his final moments. The statement read, “Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), who South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name ‘Costa Titch.’ It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time.”

The family also requested privacy during this difficult time to allow them to come to terms with their loss. The sudden and unexpected death of Costa Titch has sent shockwaves through South Africa’s music community, and many fans and fellow artists have taken to social media to express their condolences and pay tribute to the young rapper.

The allegations made by Nota against the festival’s organizers and management will no doubt be investigated thoroughly, and any evidence of negligence or wrongdoing will be taken seriously by the authorities. However, it is important to remember that at this stage, these allegations remain just that, and should not be taken as fact until more information is available.

It is also important to remember that the loss of a young life is always a tragedy, and our thoughts and prayers are with Costa Titch’s family and friends during this difficult time. Costa Titch was a rising star in the South African music scene, and his untimely death is a loss not just to his loved ones, but to the entire country.
