Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) star Nonku Williams did not get quite the reaction she was hoping for when she showed off her face post Botox.

 

 

 

According to Medical News Today, Botox is a drug that temporarily paralyzes muscle. In small doses, it can reduce skin wrinkles and help treat a range of medical conditions, including eyelid spasms, Raynaud’s disease, and some types of migraine.In an Instagram video she recently posted, the businesswoman gave her fans a sneak peak into her transformation journey. Nonku applauded her plastic surgeon for her “princess glow and Botox”

However, multiple fans told her she looked different.

Others blamed Nonku’s bestie and fellow RHOD cast member, Jojo Robinson, who has publically revealed in an interview with Carol Ofori on East Coast Radio in April that she has undergone “maybe 20 plus” surgeries altogether.
