Uzalo actors Nonka and Kwanda are taking their scripts beyond the set. Uzalo actors Thuthuka Mthembu and Sandile “Masandi” Mfusiare reportedly dating. The two have been wowing us with their current storyline as they serve couples’ goals on-set. They have been dupped as that on-screen power couple we all love to hate.

In the wake of their storylines, confirmed reports have it that their on-screen romance has spilt over into their lives when the cameras are off. According to several sources, including the Daily Sun, Thuthuka, who stars as Nonka and Masandi, who plays the charming and bubbly Kwanda, are now in what seems to be a serious relationship.A close source to the star actors revealed that the two fell in love after Masandi joined the drama series. Their storyline even complicated everything in the mix of things since they have to act as a couple to nail their scenes to perfection.

 

 

 

 
“They are in love, but they want to keep it private because they don’t want it to affect their work. They don’t want the public to know,” the source claimed.Despite trying to keep their affair under wraps, the two are said to have failed to hide it away from those close to them. The two have even been sharing pictures cosy pictures together on their social media platforms.

However, the pictures they shared were from Uzalo’s line producer Mandisa Mngeni’s funeral. She passed away earlier this week, on 14 August 2022. The news of her passing came as a shocker to many. The cause of h r untimely death is yet to revealed. Rumour mill has it that almost the whole cast has since connected the dots about their affair.

“It’s easy for them to play being lovers as they are romantically involved. Everyone in the production knows. And, most of their colleagues are happy for them. They are good together and almost the same age,” said another source.In the wake of these daring allegations, both actors declined to weigh into the daring relationship rumours. Thuthuka and Masandi’s characters in Uzalo were head over heels in love until Kwanda’s lies caught up with him. Nonka discovers that her beloved Kwanda is a liar and a drug dealer. Her luxurious lifestyle ends in a flash when she finds herself in jail for Kwanda’s sins.
