At age 26 former pre-school teacher turned socialite Nompilo Dlamini has suffered a lot in her young life so much so she feels like it is about time she meet the angels after being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in 2019.
In June last year the Swaziland born beauty descended to India with the hopes of getting a lung transplant after generous South Africans raised monies worth R2 million to cover the costs.
Still stuck in that part of the world even today experiencing excruciating pains and dealing with the unknown, Nompilo has since taken to Twitter to share that she is not suicidal and she has not lost any hope but also revealing that she is done fighting the battle. Furthermore Nompilo would go to ask to God to give her time to rest as she has fought this battle and also pleading with God to do his “work”.
Taking to the popular platform Nompilo Dlamini would go to inform her huge following that from now on she will not be taking her medication as she is ready to meet her maker. Currently in Asia, Nompilo would also go to share that the injection that she is suppose to receive in not available in India but only in South Africa.
On another Twitter post Nompilo took to the platform to share that her stay in India is long overdue and she has taken a bold decision of going back home so that she can finally rest. With her fans and followers learning about her decision to give up they have since taken to the platform to ask her not to give as she has fought a hard battle.
Well known South African musician and businessman Casper Nyovest who was also one of the funders of her trip and one who pledged a lump sum to cover her medical bill took to the platform to support her decision.
