Makoma Mohale to play Queen Modjadji
27 year-old Makoma Mohale has landed the coveted role the Rain Queen in the eagerly awaited Queen Modjadji epic series.
‘Queen Modjadji’ premieres this July on Mzansi Magic channel 161.

This is the biography of Makoma Mohale, also known as Komie Mohale, a South African actress, model, director, camera assistant, and scriptwriter. She is popular for her role as Tlhogi, Mdala’s wife, on the popular e.tv soap opera Scandal! She is also a certified professional model and a trained performing artist.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Early Life and Education
Makoma Mohale was born on October 20, 1996, in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. She is a trilingual person who speaks Setswana, Sepedi, and English. She also has a strong command of Pretoria slang, which is crucial to her acting abilities.

Makoma enrolled at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) to study performing arts after completing her matric. She completed her practicum at Breytenbach Theatre in Pretoria and graduated in May 2021 as a qualified performing artist.Makoma Mohale Acting Career
Makoma Mohale started her acting career in theatre, where she appeared in several plays, mostly in supporting roles. Some of the plays she was involved in include The Infidel, Fear Alah, and Too Sweet Too Bad.

Her first appearance on television was on The River, where she featured as a supporting role. She made her breakthrough in 2021 when she landed the role of Tlhogi, Mdala’s wife, on the e.tv soap opera Scandal!
